Stephen received a prestigious SBA “Financial Services Advocate of the Year award” for his efforts in creating a marketplace for entrepreneurial companies: Entrex.

 

 
 
 
 

Stephen asks Congressman Schauer to consider creating an exemption to the 1940 Investment Act creating "Small Investors for Small Business" exemption which would let smaller investors invest in private capital funds.

Stephen asks Congressman Schauer to consider methods of State or Federal Loan Guarantees for Business Loans which bring employment growth to small business.

After Stephen's meeting with President Obama in the White House:  Stephen asks him to consider the initiatives he has proposed to Congressman Schauer and the House and Senate Small Business Committee.

 

Following Stephen's Testimony with the Senate Small Business and Entrepreneurship Committee he asks Senator Landrieu to help get TIGRcubsTM acknowledged as an SBA "Eligible Security".

 

Stephen asks Congressman Schauer to consider asking the SBA to guarantee a company's "Government Receivables" offering the cash-flow support small businesses often need when fulfilling Government Contracts

 

Stephen asks Congressman Schauer to consider an amendment to HR3854 stipulating "SBA Eligible Securities" be used in place of "Debt or Equity" in the Bill pursuant to existing SBA discretion and authority.
