NPR's "On the Money!" Initiates Monthly
     Private Company Index Announcements
     by CEO Stephen H. Watkins

Stephen received a prestigious SBA “Financial Services Advocate of the Year award” for his efforts in creating a marketplace for entrepreneurial companies: Entrex.

Chicago, IL – August 26, 2009 – The Entrex Private Company Index (PCI) is pleased to announce an agreement has been reached with a South Florida NPR affiliate program “On the Money, with Steven L. Pomeranz, CFP” to announce its monthly Index results in a regular feature segment.  Stephen H. Watkins, CEO of the PCI, will appear to discuss current Index data and lead an associated capital market segment for distribution across the NPR network.

This monthly segment will feature an exclusive preview of the PCI’s current month-over-month tracking of small-to-mid market private company revenue performance—an important indicator of growth and activity in the American economy.

Pomeranz touts Watkins as “The Authority on Private Company Capital Markets” and introduces the segment to educate his listenership on investment strategies that involve needed alternatives to traditional equity capital market stocks.

The Entrex Private Company Index, a one of a kind measurement tool for the private company sector, represents potential performance of revenue-based security structures and investment instruments.  Currently the only institutionalized offering in this category is Entrex’s security; TIGRcubs™, or Top-line Income Generation Rights Certificates, which are being used by third-party investment managers for the development of more than a dozen fund portfolios currently investing throughout North America.

Pomeranz deemed it to be an innovative instrument and associated marketplace, and is pleased that a funding solution exists for this sector of American companies that bring the greatest amount of economic and employment growth to our nation.

“The PCI is not an investable product” says Stephen H. Watkins, “but it shows how the fundamentals of a specific business segment are performing.”

He continues, “Good or bad, entrepreneurs across our nation are working as hard as they can to get sales and build revenues—it’s these fluctuations in monthly revenues that are measured by the Index.

Ultimately the PCI shows how lucrative investing in the top line of a company’s performance could potentially be for investors, and the TIGRcub™ security allows them to do it through an innovative, institutionalized security.”
